Alexandra Harcharek is student journalist and aspiring food writer from Princeton, NJ. When she grows up, she hopes to become a rock star or a professional cupcake eater, but is willing to fall back on a career of news reporting if necessary. She is a decade-long vegetarian who takes her coffee black and her chocolate dark. 
This blog began as both an assignment for an online journalism class and an extension of her weekly column in The Whit, Rowan University’s student-run newspaper. Alexandra also owns, writes and operates A Food Coma, a brand new multimedia foodblog project aimed at twenty-somethings and those interested in cooking “gourmet food on a college budget.”
